1. Bookings
- All appointments must be made through our official booking system (Book In Beautiful).
- Contact details, including a valid email address and phone number, must be kept up to date.
- Certain treatments may require a consultation or patch test before booking. This must be organised by you 24 hours prior to your appointment, failure to do this will incur a cancellation fee.
2. Deposits & Card Capture
- We operate a card capture system for all bookings.
- No money is taken at the time of booking.
- Your card will only be charged if our cancellation/no-show policy is not adhered to.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will result in 50% of the appointment cost being charged.
- If the payment fails/bounces, your account will be placed on hold and no further bookings can be made until the balance is cleared.
4. Patch Testing
- Patch testing is mandatory for certain treatments (e.g. tints, lamination, lash lifts, lash extensions).
- Patch tests must be carried out at least 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.
- Refusal to complete a patch test will result in the appointment being cancelled and the cancellation policy applied.
5. Late Arrival
- If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at the therapist’s discretion.
- The cancellation policy may apply if we are unable to carry out the service due to lateness.
6. Age Restrictions
- Clients must be 16+ for most treatments, and 18+ for advanced treatments (PMU, microneedling, chemical peels, etc).
- Proof of age may be requested.
7. Contraindications & Medical Conditions
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before booking.
- Certain conditions may prevent us from carrying out your treatment safely.
8. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for the period set as per the business and from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. (Thus period will be stated on the voucher)
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Training Courses (if applicable)
- Course bookings are non-refundable.
- Dates may be transferred with at least 14 days’ notice and subject to availability.
- Students must meet course requirements (including case studies, patch tests, and minimum age restrictions).
- Certificates will only be issued once all criteria are met.
10. Liability
- Wood & Co Salon & Training accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- All treatments are carried out following industry best practice and insurance guidelines.
